It's a really random/crack but fun pairing, first of all because they are from totally diffrent dementions, but also because Sam was/is a demon/monster/super natural beings hunter with powers like mental exorsism and Antonie an immortal devil.

An other fun thing would be that Antonie/spain would be semi-resistant to Sam's exorsism powers because of his country-like immortality, he would probely just be fully powerles for a few hours, but not death.

(Sorry if I said anything wrong about Sam I haven't watched supernaturel yet TuT ...)
